NETIZEN'S LANGUAGE POLICY IN COMMENTING NADIEM MAKARIM INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT ABOUT ONLINE LEARNING

The purpose of this study is to see how polite netizens are in commenting on Nadiem Makarim's Instagram account, Minister Education and Culture. This type research a qualitative with descriptive method. data sourced from the account (@nadiemmakariem), speech or writing comments first post August 17, 2020, focus about online learning. results showed that learning posts were dominated by who used obeyed principles politeness. Comments found lot school children students for schools be reactivated they want opened face face. certainly spirit appears positive thing. Complying netizen's politeness principle there 85 utterances comments. Meanwhile, 54 violations principles.
